Job summary

- Strong leadership skills and supervisory experience.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage daily salon operations in a fast-paced environment.
- Lead by example to create a client-centric experience and meet sales goals.
- Maintain a clean, professional salon environment.
- Set goals for Team Members and provide coaching and feedback.
- Generate sales reports, manage inventory, and assist with director duties.
