Job summary

Glow Brands seeks an Assistant Salon Director to lead a high-energy tanning salon. You will supervise tanning consultants, drive client-centric service, and uphold operational excellence to meet productivity goals.

This role reports to the Salon Director and requires strong leadership, a focus on customer experience, and the ability to manage staffing and schedules. Five-day workweeks with 40–45 hours are typical.

Qualifications

• College education preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer skills and experience with Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Ability to manage a fast-paced environment and supervise staff.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily salon operations in a fast-paced setting.
• Lead by example to create a client-centric experience and meet sales goals.
• Maintain a clean, professional salon environment.
• Set goals for team members and provide coaching and feedback.
• Generate sales reports, manage inventory, and assist leadership functions.
• Support Salon Director in revenue and cost controls.
• Maintain staffing levels to ensure productivity and service quality.
• Availability for nights, Saturdays, and Sundays as needed.
