Sun Tan City is seeking motivated leaders to join the management team in Nashville. The Assistant Salon Director will drive store performance, supervise tanning consultants, and foster a client-centric service culture while upholding operational excellence.

Qualifications include college education preferred, management or sales experience, and strong computer skills. The role requires flexibility for evenings and weekends and offers robust benefits and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• College education preferred, but not required.
• Management and/or Sales experience preferred, but not required.
• Basic Computer skills (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Ability to manage effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple situations.
• Knowledge of client service techniques and operational practices.
• Problem-solving and organizational/planning skills.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and mentor while understanding supervisory practices.
• Team building skills.
• Ability to prioritise and delegate.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily salon operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead by example to create a client-centric experience and meet personal sales expectations.
• Maintain a professional and impeccably clean salon environment.
• Establish clear goals and objectives for team members.
• Provide coaching, training, and feedback to improve performance.
• Generate sales reports, maintain inventory, and assist with salon director functions.
• Assist the Salon Director in controlling top-line revenue and expenses.
• Maintain staffing levels to ensure productivity and customer service while controlling labor costs.
• Work nights and weekends as required to provide management coverage.
