Job summary

Sun Tan City is seeking a capable Assistant Salon Director to maintain a high-energy, client-centric environment and drive store performance. You will supervise tanning consultants, model leadership, and support management in achieving productivity targets.

Qualifications

College education preferred, but not required.
Management and/or Sales experience preferred, but not required.
Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to manage effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of client service techniques and operational practices.
Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

Monitor and manage daily salon operations.
Lead by example to create a client-centric experience and meet sales expectations.
Maintain a professional and clean salon environment.
Set clear goals for team members and provide coaching and feedback.
Generate sales reports, maintain inventory, and assist with director functions.
Support Salon Director in managing revenue and expenses.
Ensure adequate staffing for productivity and service excellence.
Ability to work nights, Saturdays, and Sundays as required.
