Sun Tan City in Nashville is seeking a Salon Director in Training to drive store performance and deliver exceptional client service. You will supervise tanning consultants, uphold a clean, professional environment, and model leadership in daily operations.

The role emphasizes coaching teams, meeting sales targets, and balancing cost with quality. A fast-paced retail setting with weekend/evening shifts is typical.

Qualifications

• Management and/or Sales experience required.
• Beauty Industry and/or Customer Service experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills in Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily operations of the salon in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead by example in creating a client-centric experience and meeting personal sales expectations.
• Maintain a professional and impeccably clean salon environment.
• Establishes clear goals for Team Members and provide coaching and feedback.
• Generate sales reports, maintain inventory, and assist with Salon Director functions.
• Help manage top-line revenue and expenses and staffing for productivity.
