Groundworks Canada Corporation, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager to support the Sales Manager at the New Jersey branch. This role focuses on improving sales processes, leading Outside Sales Representatives, and driving customer satisfaction across the sales team.

Qualificações

• In-home sales experience preferred.
• 2-3 years of experience leading a team of sales individuals.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.

• Proven leadership ability to influence, develop and empower team to achieve objectives with a strong team focus.
• Superior knowledge of sales techniques.

Responsabilidades

• Assists to ensure the sales team provides a thorough, effective and professional presentation to each customer.
• Assists in the training and development of Outside Sales Representatives to meet targets.
• Assists to ensure team possess product knowledge and marketing understanding.
• Conducts ride-alongs with Outside Sales Representatives to improve techniques.
• Assists in handling customer concerns.
• Leads by example and represents the brand with confidence and professionalism.
• Runs warm leads and manages own book of business.
• Reports to work on time every working day.
