Job summary

Milan Laser Hair Removal is seeking an experienced, full-time Assistant Sales Manager for our Atlanta (Gwinnett), GA clinic. You will lead client consultations, craft personalized dream packages, and coordinate financing options to expand access to services.

You will oversee day-to-day operations in the absence of the clinic manager, ensure exceptional customer service, and drive KPIs while supporting leadership with administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year in a commission-based or sales environment.
• Excellent communication, both written and verbal, and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales KPIs by delivering exceptional client experiences.
• Conduct personalized consultations to understand client needs and tailor packages.
• Coordinate with team to engage existing clients and drive add-on services.
• Schedule appointments, maintain client records, and handle transactions.
• Support clinic leadership in daily operations during manager absence.
