Job summary

Milan Laser Hair Removal is hiring an experienced, full-time Assistant Sales Manager for our Indianapolis (Keystone) clinic. You will lead client consultations, drive sales, and partner with leadership to achieve KPIs while ensuring a world-class client experience. This role includes weekend/evening hours and opportunities for growth.

You will manage daily operations during the clinic manager's absence, maintain records, and ensure excellent customer service across the team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least one year of work experience is required.
• Experience in commission-based or sales environments preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to handle confidential information and use computers effectively.

Responsibilities

• Drive clinic sales, meet KPIs, and deliver exceptional client experiences.
• Conduct personalized consultations to understand client needs.
