Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year of any work experience.
• Experience in a commission driven and/or sales environment.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently.
• Works well in a team environment.
• Ability to maintain highly confidential information.
• Ability to use a computer and sales software.
• Willingness to work 40 hours per week, including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales KPIs within the clinic by delivering an exceptional client experience.
• Conduct thorough and personalized consultations with new clients to understand their needs.
• Collaborate with the team to engage current clients, driving sales through add-ons.
• Build lasting relationships that exceed client expectations at every touchpoint.
• Schedule and confirm appointments, maintain client records, field calls, and support staff with duties.
• Perform opening/closing duties and process client transactions.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by leadership.
