Job summary

Milan Laser Hair Removal, a national leader in laser hair removal with 400+ locations, invites an Assistant Sales Manager to join our Lyndhurst, OH clinic in Cleveland. You will lead client consultations, drive sales, and partner with leadership to maintain world-class service and accessible financing options.

You will manage daily operations with a focus on KPI achievement, training, and delivering an outstanding experience for every client. Weekend/evening shifts required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year of any work experience required.
• Experience in a commission-driven and/or sales environment preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills required.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Willingness to work 40 hours per week, including weekends and evenings as needed by the business.

Responsibilities

• Achieve all sales KPIs within the clinic by delivering an exceptional client experience.
• Conduct thorough and personalized consultations with new clients to understand their needs.
• Collaborate with the team to drive add-on services and improve client outcomes.
• Schedule appointments, maintain client records, and handle communications.
• Perform opening and closing duties and process client transactions.
• Support leadership to meet departmental and organizational objectives.
