Milan Laser Hair Removal is seeking an experienced, full-time Assistant Sales Manager for the Fort Wayne (West), IN clinic. You will lead client consultations, craft personalized dream packages, and collaborate on financing options to ensure accessibility to services.

Qualifications

• Experience in a commission-driven and/or sales environment preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, required.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to maintain highly confidential information.
• Willingness to work 40 hours per week, including weekends and evenings as needed.

Responsibilities

• Drive Sales: Achieve all clinic sales KPIs by delivering an exceptional client experience.
• Conduct thorough consultations with new clients to understand needs and preferences.
• Collaborate with team to engage current clients and drive sales through tailored recommendations.
• Build lasting relationships with clients at every touchpoint.
• Operational Duties: Schedule and confirm appointments, maintain client records, and support staff with admin tasks.
• Perform opening/closing duties and process client transactions.
• Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as needed by leadership to support objectives.
