Job summary

Milan Laser Hair Removal is seeking a motivated Assistant Sales Manager for our Indianapolis (Plainfield), IN clinic. You will lead client consultations, drive sales, and collaborate with leadership to ensure a world-class experience while supporting operations and staff in daily duties.

The role requires strong communication, a willingness to work 40 hours weekly, including weekends/evenings, and prior sales or customer-service experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of work experience required.
• Experience in a commission-driven or sales environment preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities
