My Wireless is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager in Troy, MI. This full-time role offers base pay plus commission and opportunities to lead, train, and develop store teams while delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities include achieving personal sales goals, supporting store operations, staffing, inventory, and participating in marketing initiatives to maximize daily selling. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have management experience in retail or similar field.
• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual preferred depending on location.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Retail or customer-facing sales experience in telecommunications preferred.
• Experience prospecting through outbound calls preferred.
• Must be at minimum 18 years of age, legally able to be employed in the US and have a High School diploma or equivalent.

Physical Demands

While performing this job, most of the time is spent standing and walking around, moving about for prolonged periods, and occasionally lifting and moving objects of up to 10 pounds. The employee may need to reach with hands and arms, climb or balance on ladders, stoop, kneel, crouch, and handle small display materials. Dexterity is required. Specific vision abilities include working with small parts in mobile phones and looking at a computer screen for prolonged periods.
