My Wireless is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager for a full-time role in MI. You will assist the Retail Store Manager in coaching a team and delivering excellent customer experiences with AT&T products and services.

Qualifications

• Management experience in a similar field (Required).
• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales (Required).

• Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results (Required).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail (Required).
• Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills (Required).
• Bilingual is preferred depending on location (Optional).

My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, is currently looking for an Assistant Retail Store Manager to join its retail team. As an Assistant Retail Store Manager, you will assist and support the Retail Store Manager in coaching and leading your team members to provide the best customer experience and technology solutions from a variety of AT&T products and services.

Responsibilities

Day-to-day activities will include:

• Meet and exceed personal performance goals and AT&T standards of performance
• Execute and exceed all sales and operation initiatives in a timely manner
• Assist the Retail Store Manager in maintaining location operations, staffing, inventory, and appearance
• Assist in the development, training, and management of team members
• Help customers make buying decisions by delivering outstanding customer service
• Train and develop your skills to become a top My Wireless Retail Store Manager when opportunities arise
• Maintain a fun, clean, and exciting work environment for customers and team members
• Work as a team member so together you exceed individual and team goals
• Participate in marketing activities designed to maximize selling opportunities each day

Qualifications

• Management experience in a similar field (Required), preferably in the Wireless Industry
• Experience in a retail or customer-facing sales environment (Required)
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays (Required)
• Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards (Required)
• Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results (Required)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail (Required)
• Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills (Required)
• Bilingual (Preferred but may not be required depending on location)
• Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)
• Retail or customer-facing sales experience in the telecommunications industry (Preferred)
• Experience prospecting through outbound calls (Preferred)
• Must be at minimum 18 years of age, legally able to be employed in the US and have a High School diploma or equivalent (Required)

Physical Demands

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee with or without reasonable accommodation to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Most of the time is spent standing, walking, and moving around for prolonged periods. Occasional lifting and moving of objects up to 10 pounds, reaching with hands and arms, climbing and balancing on ladders, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and fine handling of display materials and merchandise are required. Dexterity and vision to work with small parts (mobile phones) and to look at a computer screen for prolonged periods are essential.
