My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to support the Store Manager and lead a team in Grand Blanc, MI. You'll coach staff, drive sales, and provide top-tier customer experiences with AT&T solutions.

This role requires retail or sales leadership experience, flexibility to work evenings and weekends, and strong communication. Growth paths include advancing to Store Manager and expanding leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Management experience in wireless or related field preferred.
• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environments required.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proven ability to meet performance and operation standards.
• Strong motivation, leadership and coaching skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities; bilingual preferred.

Qualifications

• Management experience in a similar field (Required), preferably in the wireless industry
• Experience in retail or customer‑facing sales environment (Required)
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays (Required)
• Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards (Required)
• Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results (Required)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail (Required)
• Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills (Required)
• Bilingual (Preferred but may not be required depending on location)
• Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)
• Retail or customer‑facing sales experience in the telecommunications industry (Preferred)
• Experience prospecting through outbound calls (Preferred)
• Must be at minimum 18 years of age, legally able to be employed in the US, and have a high school diploma or equivalent (Required)

Physical Demands

Most of the time is spent standing and walking around, moving for prolonged periods, and occasionally lifting and moving objects up to 10 pounds. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms. Other movements may include climbing ladders, balancing on ladders, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and fine handling of display materials and merchandise. Dexterity is required. Specific vision abilities required by this job include working with small parts in mobile phones and looking at a computer screen for prolonged periods of time; these requirements can be met by the use of eyeglasses or contacts.
