We have been retained by a professionally managed organization to recruit Assistant Area Sales Manager - Automotive for them.

Location: Pune

No Office, remote work

Role & Responsibilities
  • Ensure profitable growth in key accounts and promote the company's product range.
  • Serve key accounts with on-field and off-field solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve sales and profit targets through project generation and management.
  • Visit existing and potential customers to generate sales leads and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Build customer relationships, assess needs, and negotiate sales.
  • Identify prospects for future sales and repeat business.
  • Develop strategic sales plans for key accounts using Sales Excellence Tools.
  • Comply with SOPs and quality standards, handle quality issues, manage AR collections, and ensure efficient processing of projects and orders.
  • Travel PAN India for client visits.
Preferred Candidate Profile
  • 7-8 years experience in Automotive/Seals/Hydraulic/Bearings Industries.
  • Mechanical/Automobile Engineering Graduate.
  • Strong technical aptitude, ability to read technical prints, knowledge of sealing technology and materials like PTFE, Elastomers.
  • Familiarity with rubber/plastic products and quality standards like ISO/TS/PPAP.
  • Experience in sales, key accounts management, or technical sales.
