Winters Recreation is experiencing exciting growth, and we're seeking a driven, people-focused Assistant Sales Manager to join our leadership team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coaching others, has a sharp eye for opportunity, and thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.


As the Assistant Sales Manager, you will work closely with our Sales and Finance Manager to support the day-to-day sales operations. Your primary responsibilities will include mentoring and developing sales team members, helping customers find what they are looking for, navigate financing options, and assisting with deal structuring to ensure profitability and an exceptional customer experience.


You'll play a hands-on role in driving individual and team performance, ensuring processes are followed, and providing training and feedback to keep the team aligned and motivated. Whether it's supporting sales reps on the floor, collaborating on promotions with marketing, or helping customers feel confident in their purchase decisions, this position offers the chance to make a real impact.

Compensation/Work Hours:

  • Base salary range: $53,000 to $60,000 annually
  • Plus, commission and incentive opportunities
  • Total compensation potential: over $100,000 annually
  • Typical hours are Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Three Saturdays per month: 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM
