Job Responsibilities

1. Revenue Generating
   • Qualifies sales leads by asking probing questions and providing information; schedules sales appointments.
   • Present pre-need services and products to consumers, emphasizing their importance, and close sales by completing electronic contracts.
   • Generate leads through community or non-profit events and consumer homes.
2. Administrative
   • Ensure contracts and paperwork are accurately completed in a timely manner.
   • Build positive relationships within the community to enhance brand presence.
   • Develop and achieve sales goals, applying market data for planning.
   • Manage budgets, expenses, and personnel transactions.
3. People Development
   • Coach team members on sales techniques and provide constructive feedback.
   • Develop a trusting team environment, address issues, and monitor training needs.
   • Participate in hiring, promotions, and disciplinary actions, collaborating with HR.

Background

Education & Licenses

• High School diploma or equivalent required; advanced education preferred.

Experience & Knowledge

• Proven sales experience with exceeding goals required.
• Experience with in-home sales and public speaking preferred.
• CRM experience desired.
• Valid driver’s license required.

• Strong administrative, presentation, and computer skills.

Work Conditions

Compensation

$69,000 to $111,700 earnings potential.
