Estimated Earning Potential: Base pay of $19.75/hour plus uncapped commission estimated at $3.50/hour.

Status: Full-Time

Position Summary:

We are hiring an experienced, full-time Assistant Sales Manager to lead our team in Denver (Aurora), CO. You will work directly with clients to provide exceptional consultations, create tailored treatment packages, and explore financing options. You will also support the Clinic Manager by driving sales performance, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring a world-class client experience. In the absence of the Clinic Manager, you will manage team and operations to ensure smooth functioning.

Responsibilities:

• Lead client consultations to identify needs and recommend solutions
• Present and negotiate financing options
• Promote upselling and additional services
• Engage with clients to maximize satisfaction and retention
• Model exceptional service and professionalism
• Manage scheduling, appointment confirmations, and communications
• Maintain and update client records, facilitate reviews
• Support medical staff by maintaining treatment rooms
• Perform opening/closing duties and process transactions
• Lead daily operations in the absence of the Clinic Manager
• Perform additional tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Experience in a commission-driven environment preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Maintain confidentiality
• Proficient in computer and sales software
• Availability to work 40 hours/week, including rotating Saturdays and evenings
