Closets by Design Palm Beach is hiring Designers / Sales Representatives with truly unlimited bonus and income potential. This commission-based role has uncapped commissions and a comprehensive training program to help you succeed.

You’ll meet clients in Martin, St. Lucie, Okeechobee, and Palm Beach counties, with pre-set appointments and full sales/design training. No degree or prior sales experience required; coaching and a clear path to Senior Sales Designer are offered.

Qualifications

• No degree, certification, or prior sales experience required.
• Growth mindset with willingness to complete a 16-week sales training program.
• Reliable access to a motor vehicle with a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Comfortable working in a commission-based role with unlimited earning potential.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand their organizational needs.
• Walk through the home to assess opportunities.
• Educate customers on Closets by Design products and services.
• Follow the proven Sales Training system to maximize bonus income.
• Build rapport with clients and secure pre-set appointments.
