Job Summary:

We are seeking a high-energy, enthusiastic individual to join our Recruiting team. This role involves taking incoming calls, making outgoing calls, booking free trial workouts and consultations, and selling all D1 products and training services. Must be comfortable in a fast-paced sales environment and able to meet sales goals and key performance indicators.

Responsibilities:

• Making outbound calls daily to leads with an emphasis on speed to contact
• Nurturing leads through the sales process
• Logging and managing all client notes and contacts accurately
• Prescribing and selling the appropriate service based on client needs and goals

Qualifications:

• Must be a high-energy individual
• Must have 1+ years of sales experience
• Must have 1+ years of customer service experience, ideally in the fitness industry
