You will work directly with student-athletes, assist with administrative tasks, and help plan competitions. Relevant rowing experience and strong communication are valued, with a background check and Safe Environment Training required before working with students.

Responsibilities

• Assist the head coach in running practices and game days.
• Drive a launch and supervise boats on the water, ensuring safety.
• Help build and maintain team rosters and eligibility records.
• Coordinate with the athletic department on safety documentation and logistics.
• Assist with competition planning, events, and volunteer coordination.
