Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Participate with the head coach in running practices, including on land and on water as needed.
• Drive a launch and supervise boats on the water independently, teaching fundamentals of rowing, fitness, and safety.
• Work with the Head Coach to build and maintain team rosters.
• Coordinate with the school athletic department to maintain safety and eligibility documentation.
• Assist in coordinating logistics for competitions, including schedules, equipment preparation, and volunteer/parent organization.
• Other duties as assigned
