My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to support coaching and leading a team to deliver excellent customer experiences and technology solutions from AT&T products and services.

Qualifications

• Management experience in a retail/wireless environment is required.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
• Proven ability to meet performance and operation standards.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
• Bilingual preferred but not required depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal performance goals and AT&T standards of performance.
• Execute and exceed on all sales and operations initiatives promptly.
• Assist the Retail Store Manager in location operations, staffing, inventory, and appearance.
• Assist in development, training, and management of team members.
• Help customers make buying decisions by delivering outstanding service.
• Maintain a fun, clean, and exciting work environment for customers and team members.
