Job summary

Spanish Peaks Mountain Club is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support daily front-of-house operations in a fast-paced, private-club setting. You’ll help uphold service standards, train associates, and ensure a seamless dining experience.

You will work closely with leadership, oversee service execution, and step into leadership as needed, with growth opportunities in Food & Beverage at the club.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–4 years of Food & Beverage experience in high-end settings preferred.
• Supervisory or lead experience is a plus.
• Experience with restaurant management software and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Circulate dining and bar areas to maintain service standards.
• Serve as contact for member/guest needs and resolve issues promptly.
• Lead by example with hands-on service support and seating assistance.
• Monitor pace, table turns and overall dining flow.
