Four Seasons Resort Hualalai seeks an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager with passion for excellence and proven leadership in hospitality operations. The role spans multiple restaurant outlets across the property, supporting the Restaurant Manager and senior leadership to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

The position requires 1–2 years of managerial or assistant managerial experience in Food & Beverage, legal work authorization in the United States, TB clearance, and weekend/holiday

Responsabilidades

• Select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline all employees, supervisors and assistant managers to meet cultural and core standards.
• Ability to work at multiple Restaurant Outlets around the Property to assist as Assistant Food & Beverage Manager.
• Provide recognition, handle guest concerns, and ensure excellent guest relations across shifts.
• Describe and ensure quality of all food items, ingredients, and preparation methods; provide knowledge of wine and spirits.
• Collaborate with Restaurant Manager and senior culinary leadership to design menus and wine lists while maintaining quality and fair pricing.
• Control labor and operating expenses through scheduling, budgeting, purchasing decisions, and inventory control.
• Observe facilities and equipment and make recommendations for improvements.

ASSISTANT FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER

The Four Seasons Resort Hualalai is looking for an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager. Candidates with a passion for excellence, expertise in hospitality operations and proven leadership experience are invited to apply for a career with Four Seasons. As a member of the Food and Beverage team, the Manager works across disciplines to deliver an exceptional experience.

What You’ll Do

• Select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline all employees, supervisors and assistant managers in the Hotel’s All Day or Fine Dining Restaurant to ensure that established cultural and core standards are met long-range strategic planning for outlet operation.
• The ability to work, learn and grow in numerous Restaurant Outlets around the Property to assist as Assistant Food & Beverage Manager.
• The ability to be visible in the operation, provide recognition, promote good public relations, and handle complaints, concerns or special requests for guests, clients, and group contacts.
• Describe and ensure quality of all food items, ingredients, and preparation methods, as well as provide expert knowledge of wine and spirits in an elegantly appointed environment dedicated to an attentive and distinctive experience for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
• The ability to work closely with the RestaurantManager,Assistant Director of Food & Beverage, Director of Food & Beverage, Executive Chef and Sous Chefs to design an effective menu and wine list while ensuring excellent product quality at a fair price and attend regular operational meetings to ensure effective coordination and cooperation between departments.
• Control labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling, budgeting, purchasing decisions, and inventory and cash control.
• Observe physical condition of facilities and equipment in the outlet and make recommendations for corrections and improvements as needed.

What To Bring

• One to two years previous experience in a Manager or assistant manager position in Food & Beverage.
• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States
• Required by the Hawaii State Department of Health to obtain a Tuberculous (TB) clearance card when working in food and beverage
• Weekend & holiday availability required
