Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Hualālai is seeking a Banquets Bartender to craft and serve premium beverages for weddings, meetings and private events. You will engage guests, share knowledge on beverages, and deliver luxury service with warmth and professionalism on a fast-paced hospitality team.

Two years of bartending experience in a luxury resort environment is preferred. The role offers competitive hourly pay, on-site benefits, and opportunities for career development within the Four Seasons network.

Qualifications

• Two years of bartending or related hospitality experience required.
• Strong knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails and beverage service techniques.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of wines, spirits, cocktails and specialty beverages per Four Seasons standards and recipes.
• Deliver exceptional beverage service during weddings, meetings, conventions, social events and private functions.
• Advise guests on beverage selections, ingredients, origins and preparation methods.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests to create personalized experiences.
• Accurately process transactions and maintain attention to detail with orders and payments.
• Support event execution through bar setup, inventory, garnish prep and maintaining a clean work area.
• Collaborate with Banquets, F&B, Culinary and Resort teams for seamless events.

At Four Seasons Resort Hualālai, our Banquets team creates unforgettable experiences through exceptional service, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality. From oceanfront weddings and celebratory dinners to corporate events and private gatherings, every event reflects the luxury and personalized care that define the Four Seasons experience.

As a Banquet Bartender, you will play an important role in bringing these events to life by crafting and serving premium beverages while creating meaningful connections with our guests. WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Prepare and serve a variety of wines, spirits, cocktails, and specialty beverages in accordance with Four Seasons standards and established recipes.
• Deliver exceptional beverage service during weddings, meetings, conventions, social events, and private functions throughout the resort.
• Engage guests with thoughtful recommendations and share knowledge about beverage selections, ingredients, origins, and preparation methods.
• Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly to requests, and create personalized experiences that exceed expectations.
• Accurately process transactions and maintain attention to detail when handling orders and payments.
• Support event execution through bar setup, inventory assistance, garnish preparation, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.
• Work collaboratively with Banquets, Food & Beverage, Culinary, and Resort teams to ensure seamless event operations.

WHAT TO BRING

• Required by the Hawaii State Department of Health to obtain a Tuberculous (TB) clearance card when working in food and beverage
• A minimum of two years of bartending or related hospitality experience.
• Strong knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails, and beverage service techniques.
• The ability to work confidently in a dynamic luxury resort environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for creating meaningful guest interactions.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to build positive relationships with team members and leaders.
