Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of foodservice management experience.
• BS Hospitality degree preferred.
• Fine dining or luxury hotel experience preferred in upscale environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Financial and business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Schedules.
• Oversee POS systems.
• Manage hourly team.
• Maintain excellent relationships with the client and guests.
• Promote top guest service.
• Work with the Chef and management to create nutritious, top-quality food.
• Implement new culinary programs with Company marketing and culinary teams.
• Act as a liaison between Company, Client and community.
