Union Square Events seeks an Events & Operations Manager to lead and coordinate catering and event services across clubs, offices, and residences in New York. You will join the F&B Management team and help oversee all F&B outlets, ensuring flawless execution and luxury hospitality standards from start to finish.

The role requires strong communication, staff leadership, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach to delivering exceptional experiences in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leadership in directing event service in luxury hospitality
• Strong organization, time management and team motivation
• Experience in banquet service and event operations
• Ability to respond effectively to changing demands
• Fluency in event management software
• Strong communication with clients, teammates and management
• Experience with Cater Xpert, Excel, Tripleseat, Compass OMS
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations for events including scheduling and staff leadership
• Oversee venue setup to align with luxury standards
• Coordinate with club management, vendors and internal teams
• Manage service flow and premium dining/beverage experiences
• Handle FOH administrative tasks like payroll, invoicing, scheduling
• Maintain accurate financial and administrative records
• Support catering, deliveries, pantry stocking, and office residences events
• Perform duties across outlets as needed
