Union Square Events is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager in the Washington, DC area. You will oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, lead a team, manage client relationships and profitability, and contribute to talent development while delivering luxury, elevated hospitality to guests.
The role emphasizes supervision of schedules, guest service, and collaboration with the Chef to implement new culinary programs in partnership with marketing.

Working as the Assistant Restaurant Manager,you will be responsible for overseeing the day to day restaurant operations. You will manage and lead a team of employees and you will be responsible for managing client relationships, profitability of the account, and talent development. We are currently seeking a person that is passionate about hospitality and able to provide luxury elevated service to our guests.
