Union Square Events in New York seeks an experienced Events & Operations Manager to lead catering and event execution for clubs, offices, and residences. You will oversee all event operations, coordinate with management, vendors, and internal teams, and ensure flawless service from start to finish.

The role requires 3+ years in luxury hospitality, strong organization, and proficiency with event software (TripleSeat, Cater Xpert, Compass OMS) and Excel. Evening/weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leadership directing event service in luxury hospitality.
• Strong organization and time management for busy venues.
• Proven ability to manage staff and guest experience.
• Experience with banquet service and event operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversees events operations including scheduling, prep, and staff leadership.
• Ensure venue setup aligns with luxury standards and flawless timings.
• Coordinate with management, vendors, and internal teams for execution.
• Oversee service flow with F&B staff to deliver premium dining.
• Perform FOH administrative tasks such as payroll and invoicing.
