Rackson Restaurants, LLC is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) for Burger King in Watertown, CT. The AGM oversees shift operations, supports the General Manager, and ensures guest satisfaction, safety, and brand standards.

The AGM will train and motivate team members, assist in scheduling, budgeting, and cash handling, and may perform limited GM duties as needed. Strong leadership and bilingual capabilities are valued, with a focus on reliable attendance.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• High school diploma or equivalent restaurant management experience
• English communication required; Spanish helpful
• Previous fast food management experience
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage performance metrics and safety procedures
• Able to handle confidential information and work across shifts
• Willing to learn all areas of restaurant operations and work multiple stations
• Reliable attendance and transportation

Responsibilities

• Oversees all restaurant activities during shift to ensure smooth operations and guest service
