HMC Hospitality Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a busy casual dining team and ensure guest satisfaction at our Hooters location in Illinois. You’ll support daily operations, coach staff, and keep the service fast, friendly, and on-brand.

With at least 3 years in casual dining management, you’ll drive scheduling, payroll, inventory, training, and guest relations while maintaining energy, fun, and a focus on growth and community presence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of casual dining management experience.
• Proven leadership and people-management abilities.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
