Job summary

HMC Hospitality Group operates 60+ Hooters restaurants across Illinois, Florida, Texas, Indiana, and Georgia, plus 2 Hoots locations. We are looking for an Assistant Manager to lead a fast-paced team, ensure top-tier guest service, and support daily operations in a high-energy environment.

As a part of a vibrant hospitality group, you will focus on team leadership, scheduling, and inventory management while promoting the brand and driving guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of casual dining management experience.
• Strong leadership skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Experience with scheduling, inventory, payroll, and restaurant operations.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Team-first mindset and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Must be willing to have fun at work.

Responsibilities

• Supporting and leading the team to keep operations smooth and guests happy.
• Helping manage day-to-day business tasks like scheduling, payroll, and inventory.
