Charter Foods is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager in running shifts and upholding brand standards. You will guide Team Members, manage inventory, and ensure timely, safe food service while maintaining a productive, compliant work environment.

The role requires 18+ with 1–3 years of supervisory experience, basic computer skills, and strong math/analytical abilities. A 50-hour weekly schedule and advancement opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• 50-hour work week.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Reliable transportation.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skills.
• Ability to sweep, mop, dust, lift up to 50 lbs, and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant General Manager in running shifts and meeting Charter Foods standards.
• Take ownership to solve problems with a smile and guide others.
• Ensure Team Members and Shift Managers complete duties, manage inventory, and maintain financial accountability.
• Deliver safe, quality food to customers in a timely manner and maintain a safe environment.
