Job summary

Cafua Management Company is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager for our Dunkin' Donuts franchise in Chelmsford, MA. You will assist the Restaurant Manager in developing a high-performing team, delivering excellent guest experiences, and driving top-line sales.

You will recruit, train, and schedule Crew and Shift Leaders, uphold brand standards, manage safety and sanitation, and monitor labor and costs to support profitable operations.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required.
• Capable of counting money and making change.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 30 lbs.
• Must be able to stand for 6+ hours at a time.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist to recruit, hire, onboard and develop employees, maintaining staffing levels for projected sales.
• Communicate job expectations to employees and ensure training is completed per guidelines.
• Hold team members accountable for behavior and performance.
• Create and maintain a guest-first culture in the restaurant.
• Maintain safe, secure, and healthy environment by following safety and sanitation guidelines; comply with laws.
• Ensure brand standards, recipes and systems are executed, including Red Book responsibilities.
• Help prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality and guest service standards.
• Review guest feedback and restaurant assessment results and implement action plans to drive improvements.
• Control costs to maximize profitability.
• Adhere to security and cash handling procedures.
• Demonstrate competency in weekly inventory process and analysis.
• Demonstrate competency in writing effective crew schedules and monitoring labor daily.
• Execute new product roll-outs including training, marketing and sampling.
• Drive sales goals and track results.
