Job summary

CEC Entertainment, LLC in Roanoke is hiring to lead restaurant operations focused on great food, family, and fun. You will manage daily staffing, uphold service standards, and drive sales while ensuring a safe, clean environment for guests.

Role includes ownership of an Area of Impact across Kitchen, Sales, Showroom, and Gameroom, with opportunities to develop teams and optimize guest experiences while maintaining health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work 40 hours a week.
• Must have a high-school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older (RVP approval may allow for hiring at the age permitted by local law for selling, ringing up, checking identification and serving alcohol)
• Minimum of one year of experience managing people, preferably in food service or as Opening Coordinator (6 months)

Responsibilities

• Make daily decisions involving time management, staff scheduling, cleanliness and guest service standards.
• Build sales and maximize profits by recruiting, training, developing and motivating your team to meet company and guest expectations.
• Coach and inspire the team to deliver outstanding guest service and maintain a safe, clean, and well-run environment.
• Understand cost control procedures, inventory, financials, and labor management.
• Oversee AOIs in Kitchen, Sales, Showroom, or Gameroom with rotation over time.
