Job summary

CEC Entertainment is seeking an Assistant Manager in Spokane Valley to lead a team and ensure guests leave happy. The role involves high energy, coaching, scheduling, and driving guest satisfaction at Chuck E. Cheese.

You’ll split responsibilities across AOI areas like Kitchen, Sales, Showroom, and Gameroom, with a focus on safety, service, and profitability. Benefits and growth opportunities are available for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work 40 hours a week.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
• Minimum of one year of experience managing people, preferably in food service or as Opening Coordinator for six months.

Responsibilities

• Make daily decisions involving time management, scheduling, cleanliness, and guest service standards.
• Build sales and maximize profits by recruiting, training, developing and motivating the team.
• Coach and inspire the team to deliver outstanding guest service and a safe, clean environment.
• Understand cost control, inventory, financials, and labor management.
• Take ownership of an AOI (Area of Impact) and rotate through Kitchen, Sales, Showroom, and Gameroom areas.
