• Fluent in English and able to communicate clearly with guests and team.
• Experience in restaurant, retail, or supervisory roles.
• Basic computer skills for daily operations.
• Must be at least 18 years old where applicable.
• Basic writing skills for documentation.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong math and financial management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in communicating job expectations to employees.
• Hold team members accountable for their behavior and performance, addressing concerns promptly.
• Support the Store Manager.
• Create and maintain a guest first culture in the restaurant.
• Maintain safe, secure, and healthy environment by following and enforcing safety, food safety, and sanitation guidelines; comply with all applicable laws.
• Ensure Brand standards, recipes and systems are executed.
• Control costs to help maximize profitability.
• Assist in the execution of all in-restaurant marketing promotions in a timely manner.
• Assist in the execution of new product roll-outs including team training, marketing and sampling.
• Drive sales goals and track results.
