Job summary

Dunkin' Donuts in Connecticut is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to help lead our Dunkin' team and support the Restaurant Manager in developing a capable crew while delivering great guest experiences and profitable top-line sales.

You will assist in developing Crew and Shift Leaders, ensuring safety, brand standards, and efficient operations; you will also drive sales, promotions, and new product rollouts with team training and execution.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English; strong communication with guests and team.
• Restaurant, retail or supervisory experience required.
• Basic writing and math skills; cash handling and reports.
• Minimum age 18; High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant Manager in developing a capable team and delivering great guest experiences and profitable top-line sales.
• Assist in communicating job expectations and hold team members accountable for behavior and performance.
• Create and maintain a guest-first culture; ensure safety, sanitation, and Brand standards are followed.
• Control costs and assist in promotions, product rollouts, and driving sales goals.
• Assist in training Crew and Shift Leaders and collaborate to meet targets.
