Dunkin' is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager in Groton, CT to help lead a Dunkin' team and support the Restaurant Manager in developing a skilled crew, delivering guest experiences, and driving profitable top-line sales.

The role focuses on team development, operations excellence, and store profitability, with responsibilities spanning guest service, safety, brand standards, cost control, and marketing execution.

Formación

• Fluent in English.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience.
• Basic computer skills.
• At least 18 years of age (where applicable).
• Basic writing skills.
• High School diploma, or equivalent.
• Proficient in math and financial management.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in communicating job expectations to employees.
• Hold team members accountable for their behavior and performance, addressing concerns promptly.
• Support the Store Manager.
• Create and maintain a guest first culture in the restaurant.
• Maintain safe, secure, and healthy environment by following and enforcing safety, food safety, and sanitation guidelines; comply with all applicable laws.
• Ensure Brand standards, recipes and systems are executed.
• Control costs to help maximize profitability.
• Assist in the execution of all in-restaurant marketing promotions in a timely manner.
• Assist in the execution of new product roll-outs including team training, marketing and sampling.
• Drive sales goals and track results.
