Clark Holdings Inc., a Tim Hortons franchisee in Western New York, seeks an Assistant Restaurant Manager in the Williamsville area. You will lead the customer service team, manage operations, and ensure high standards of cleanliness and guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

You will report to the District Supervisor and oversee Bakery and Shift teams in the absence of the General Manager. A valid driver’s license and ServSafe certification are preferred; willingness to travel to multiple

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of 12 months previous food service management experience.
• ServSafe Manager Certified is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, organization and time management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of Tim Hortons products and procedures.
• Active, results-oriented mindset; multitasking ability.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to lead and motivate.

Responsabilités

• Lead by example in demonstrating and reinforcing positive customer service behaviors.
• Respond to customer service complaints and resolve problems quickly.
• Assist in scheduling staff to maintain Tim Hortons standards.
• Conduct regular store walk-throughs to ensure exceptional customer experience.
• Be flexible on the floor to troubleshoot and address issues as needed.
• Pre-screen, interview, hire and promote high-quality employees.
• Support training and ensure employees have tools and support.
• Supervise and manage performance; take corrective action when needed.
• Motivate employees and align with company goals; regular meetings.
