Clark Holdings Inc. is seeking a full-time Shift Supervisor for Tim Hortons locations in Williamsville, NY. Mornings (6am-2pm) and afternoons (1pm-9pm) shifts ensure smooth operations, staff oversight, and timely expediting of orders to deliver high customer service.

Responsibilities include leading staff, maintaining standards for people, product, cleanliness, and safety, and enforcing policies. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager(s) and assisting with scheduling and training are key duties.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED (must be at least 18 years of age).
• Minimum of 3 months previous food service management experience.
• ServSafe Manager Certified.
• Strong problem-solving, organization, and time management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of Tim Hortons products and procedures.
• Action and results-oriented mindset.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including motivating, delegation, conflict management, respect for others, and active listening.
• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, composure).

• Provide ongoing performance feedback to management about any issues with operations.
