Job summary

Clark-Lumberg Associates LLC, a Tim Hortons franchisee, is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead a fast-paced team and maintain high standards of guest service. You will support the District Supervisor and oversee service, facilities, and equipment across franchise locations.

You must have at least 12 months of food service management, a high school diploma or GED, and a ServSafe Manager certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 months previous food service management experience
• Strong problem-solving, organization, and time management skills
• Excellent knowledge of Tim Hortons products and procedures

Responsibilities

• Lead by example in demonstrating and reinforcing positive customer service behaviors
• Respond to customer service complaints and resolve problems
• Assist in scheduling staff to maintain high Tim Hortons standards
• Conduct regular store walk-throughs to gain the customer's perspective and ensure an exceptional customer experience
• Be flexible on the floor to troubleshoot and address any issues as needed
