Job summary

Clark-Lumberg Associates LLC operates Tim Hortons locations in Western New York and is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager. This role leads customer service, staff scheduling, and operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced quick-service environment.

Reporting to the District Supervisor, you will manage bakery teams and shift staff, monitor standards for people, product, cleanliness, and service, and support adherence to policies and training.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 months previous food service management experience.
• ServSafe Manager Certified is required.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel and work at any Tim Hortons location.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to uphold positive customer service behaviors.
• Schedule staff to maintain Tim Hortons standards.
• Supervise and manage employee performance and discipline as needed.
• Drive sales by ensuring proper product merchandising and inventory levels.
