The ideal candidate will have a High School diploma or equivalent, valid driver’s license, and prior restaurant management or supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and car insurance for travel to training sessions and off-site activities.
• Previous restaurant management or supervisory experience.
• Experience with recruitment, hiring, and team development is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Passion for guest service with operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional guest service.
• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening/closing, inventory management, and food safety standards.
• Ensure every guest leaves satisfied by addressing concerns with a solutions-focused approach.
• Assist in managing budgets, controlling costs, and maximizing profitability through labor and cost management.
• Support staff training and development to ensure top-tier service.
• Handle full-cycle recruitment for the store, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, food safety guidelines, and sanitation standards.
