Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a high-performing team delivering exceptional guest service.
• Oversee daily restaurant operations, opening/closing, inventory, and food safety.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and handle customer concerns with solutions.
• Assist in budgeting, cost control, and profitability through labor and costs.
• Support staff training and development.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for the store.
• Ensure compliance with policies, food safety, and sanitation standards.
