Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and car insurance for travel to training and meetings.
• Experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with recruitment, interviewing, and team development is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Passion for providing excellent guest service with operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations, including openings/closings and safety protocols.
• Oversee inventory management and maintain food safety standards.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and address concerns with a solutions-focused approach.
• Assist in budgeting and cost control through effective labor management.
• Drive staff training and development through onboarding and coaching.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding.
