Job summary

Charter Foods is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager and run shifts that meet brand standards. You will lead Team Members and Shift Managers, manage inventory, and ensure timely, safe, quality food service.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of supervisory experience, basic math and accounting skills, and reliable transportation. This is a fast-paced environment with opportunities for advancement and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1–3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• 50-hour work week.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Basic business math and accounting skills with strong analytical/decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Assist Restaurant General Manager in running great shifts and meeting Charter Foods standards.
• Ensure duties are completed, manage inventory, and maintain financial accountability.
• Guide Team Members and Shift Managers; promote safety and quality.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment for employees and customers.
