Job summary

Cache Creek Casino Resort in Brooks, CA is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor/Assistant Manager to provide consistent high-quality service to guests dining in the restaurant. You will lead the front-of-house team and maintain open two-way communication with the restaurant chef and culinary team, ensuring smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities include staff training, shift management, safety and sanitation oversight, POS operation, and coordination with support departments.

Qualifications

• One to three years experience as a Food & Beverage Supervisor/Assistant Manager in high volume operation.
• Server experience required.
• Ability to handle high stress situations.
• Must enjoy working with people.

Responsibilities

• Promote positive work environment.
• Train staff weekly on service standards.
• Manage shift operations: assignments, breaks, coaching, scheduling.
• Coordinate with support departments for smooth operations.
• Hold daily pre-shift meetings.
• Maintain safety and sanitation throughout the restaurant.
• Perform daily plant walk-through for preventative maintenance.
• Communicate shift information in Log-Book.
• Operate POS system and run daily reports.
• Order provisions via automated requisition system.
• Other duties as assigned.
